Fahad Al Obaid is a Junior Associate at ASAM. Fahad, in both English and Arabic, specializes and practices in Civil, Criminal and Commercial Courts in Kuwait, handling labor and industrial disputes, claims for compensation, title suits, money suits and various other related matters and is rendering legal and contractual consultancy in English and Arabic pertaining to Contract Laws, Commercial Company Law, Labor Law, Engineering and Construction Laws to our individual and corporate clients, foreign and local, in both public and private sectors. Having previous experience working and training at Stephenson & Harwood LLP, Fahad obtained his law degree from Kuwait International Law School in 2018, obtained an LLM Scholarship candidacy at University of Pittsburgh in 2018, holds multiple certificates in International Commercial Arbitration and Litigation, is a member of the Charted Institute for Arbitrators and Willem C. Vis and has been practicing law ever since.
