ASAM Provides Legal Support for $52.1M Sub-Contracting Housing Welfare Project

ASAM & Partners has successfully provided legal support and conducted a thorough review of a Sub-Contracting Agreement to one of their clients in the amount of KWD 16,000,000 (approximately $52,142,944) related to the Public Authority for Housing Welfare project. This initiative encompasses the construction, completion, and maintenance of road works, infrastructure networks for residential neighborhoods, irrigation tanks, and substation buildings in the South Saad Al Abdullah Residential City Project Department.

The project spans an expansive area of 6,400 hectares, located 27 kilometers west of Kuwait City, and is organized into 10 main work phases, commencing with the removal of existing obstacles within the project site. The implementation period is set for 1,460 days (approximately 4 years), with a total project value of KWD 345,230,883 (approximately $1,124,957,272.26).
